A. Farmers Walk – 4 laps
You are to complete 4 laps with the prescribed weights. Record how many times that you had to set the weights down.
L1 – 50/40 L2- 45/30 L3- 40/20
B. Invert Pullup challenge
Complete prescribe # of inverted pullups. Everytime you come off the bar or stop, you must complete 20 prisoner squats and 5 pushups.
L1- 150/125 L2- 125/100 L3- 100/75
