50 alternating overhead plate lunges (L1 – 25lb/45lb, L2 – 15lb/35 lb, L3-10lb/25lb)

40 push ups (L1-all on toes, L2-half toes & half knees, L3-all knees)

30 barbell thrusters (L1-45lb/95lb, L2-30lb/85lb, L3-20lb/65lb)

20 monkey roll burpees -( L1-monkey roll, L2-regular, L3-from elevation)

10 RDL and Rows (L1-45lb/95lb, L2-30lb/85lb, L3-20lb/65lb)
