Climb for time

Start at 1 rep for each exercise listed. After every round, and 1 more rep. Every 2nd round, do 1 lap.

Plate Row
Inch worm
push up
hurdle hop – over and back = 1
drop squat
ice skater – over and back = 1
plate curl + press

Track the weight used and how many reps on the ladder you get in 20 minutes.
